Session Description: Your job is to produce action. That’s your purpose—to get people to think and act differently. To do this, you need to motivate, communicate change effectively, engage people in new initiatives, deliver critical information, and make people feel as if they are a personal member of your team. Your most powerful tool for accomplishing this is speaking to small and large groups.

Public speaking is a developed skill that when mastered opens many doors. There is a specific formula, a road map used by professional speakers that will allow you to consistently produce the results you want.

You have probably attended many seminars on how to speak to groups. Good. A basic and fundamental understanding of speaking skills is an important foundation for participating in Speak with Impact. Unlike many traditional speaking programs, this session challenges you to stretch and think in different ways to powerfully use words, language and high impact techniques to engage and persuade others.
