Journey to Great Program

 
Target Groups: Strategic groups at all levels in the organization.

Need: A highly effective and cohesive leadership group that speaks with one voice to the organization.

What’s Missing: The group or team leader recognizes the need for collaboration and collective leadership. However, group members are not fully aligned on 1) the need for collaboration, 2) how to work together with diverse responsibilities, and/or 3) how to collectively lead the organization.

Session Description: It is not enough for leadership groups to act as a figurehead; employees must trust senior groups to be an authentic model of the behavior they expect from others. Leadership groups must master how to work together as a powerful high performance team that collectively leads the organization. Mastering shared skills and a common language for effectively dealing with disagreement, communication breakdowns, and leading others are essential leadership tools. Successful leadership groups work in partnership to mobilize and inspire people to produce consistent, outstanding results.

Results happen FAST when employees hear a consistent and positive message
from leaders and teams.

This session teaches skills for collaborating effectively, resolving issues, removing barriers to working together, and building a cohesive and highly effective team. By the end of the session participants have a renewed partnership and commitment to the success of one another and an action plan for working together to accelerate organizational results.
