The focus of Committed Partners is on: 1) how to listen for
contribution (the true art of listening), 2) sharing from the heart (influencing
and inspiring others), 3) enrolling, rather than selling, 4) repairing damaged
relationships, and 5) holding oneself and others accountable for the best
in performance.
Accepting 100% accountability is a personal choice, one that each participant
explores during the program. Once the personal choice is made to be 100%
accountable, participants feel energized and inspired to make a difference
in their organization.
