Sample Introduction of Loretta Malandro:
In working with leaders and companies of all sizes, our speaker today discovered a recurring theme: People and leaders are frustrated with being good—what most people really want is to be Great. As we will soon learn—Good is a habit, and Great is a Choice. That’s why we've invited Dr. Loretta Malandro to join us—to teach us the critical skills to move from good to great.

Known worldwide as a top communication authority, Loretta is President and CEO of Malandro Communication Inc. She received her Ph.D. in Communication Theory and Research from Florida State University and completed her undergraduate degree at Kent State University.

Loretta was a member of the first international debate team to tour Russia. Sponsored by the United States Government and National Communication Association, Loretta’s early speaking experiences consisted of debating in the Russian language.

She is the author of four landmark books. Her most recent book, published by McGraw-Hill, is entitled: Say it Right the First Time. This makes me worry—am I saying it right the first time? But if this doesn't make me nervous enough, her other books will. They are: Courtroom Communication Strategies, Nonverbal Communication, and Your Every Move Talks.
