Making Your Meeting a Success: Talk-Show Keynotes and Workshops require an environment that encourages audience interaction. Our outcome is to create an intimate interaction, regardless of audience size, where people feel as if they are personally talking with Loretta. Please help us in “setting the stage” for an outstanding presentation for your group.

• Seating Arrangement: When possible, arrange seats in chevron or herringbone style, rather than a straight-row theatre style. Keep first row of seats close to stage or front of room (within 6 feet). For workshops (half-day or longer), chairs and tables are recommended. For shorter keynote presentations, chairs without table are recommended to keep the group close together.
• Center or Multiple Aisles: Loretta walks into the audience to talk to attendees. Please set up a center aisle or multiple aisles for easy access to group. Keep aisle free and clear of equipment or any obstructions that block view or movement.
• Stage or Riser: When the audience size and room requires a stage or riser please adjust seats so first row is close to stage (i.e., within 6 feet). Please provide:

  1) a 6 foot rectangular draped table for props—please set table to side of stage or riser,

  2) clear and unobstructed center-stage (no equipment) without a podium (or move podium to side if used by others), and

  3) stage steps that line up with center aisle (or with both side aisles if there is no center aisle.)
