Session Description: Your job is to produce action. That’s your purpose—to get people to think differently, then act differently. To do this, you need to motivate, communicate change, engage people in new initiatives, deliver critical information, and make people feel as if they are a personal member of your team. Your most powerful tool for accomplishing this is speaking to small and large groups.

Public speaking is a skill, not something you want to do without thought. There is a specific formula, a road-map used by professional speakers that will allow you to consistently produce the results you want.

You have probably attended many speaking seminars before. Good. A basic and fundamental understanding of speaking skills is an important foundation for participating in Executive Speak with Impact. Unlike many basic speaking programs, this session challenges you to stretch and think in different ways to powerfully use words, language and high impact techniques to persuade and engage people.
