Private Executive Coaching: Private executive coaching is available with Dr. Loretta Malandro and/or senior associates. These leadership and communication coaching sessions are designed to support the executive/leader in achieving his/her desired outcomes. Areas of coaching include problem resolution on specific business issues, group and individual performance, achieving and sustaining alignment, strategic plan for building a Great Company, message dissemination throughout the organization, mobilizing people, and speech coaching.

Video and Telephone Conferencing: Executives may choose to work with Loretta Malandro through an easy-to-use video conferencing set-up where you can talk in the privacy of your own office. We provide you with the video-conferencing kit and installation instructions. This makes it easy and efficient for you to have “face-to-face” meetings with Loretta Malandro via the internet, saving both time and money.

Meeting Facilitation: After teams have participated in the Leadership Alignment Session they begin using the process in business meetings. Often facilitation from the Malandro team helps support and reinforce integrating these newly learned skills. A senior Malandro Facilitator can join your team on-site for a meeting or Loretta Malandro can join your meeting via video-conferencing.
