This session is appropriate for both existing and newly formed leadership
groups.
Need: A highly effective and efficient leadership group that speaks with one voice to the organization.
What’s Missing: The group leader recognizes the need for collaboration and collective leadership. However, group members are not aligned on need for collaboration and/or specific actions for effective execution.
Session Description: It is not enough for leadership groups to act as a figurehead; employees must trust senior groups to be an authentic model of the behavior they expect from others. Leadership groups must master how to work together as a powerful high performance team that collectively leads the organization. Mastering shared skills and a common language for effectively dealing with disagreement, communication breakdowns, and leading others are essential leadership tools. Successful leadership groups work in partnership to mobilize and inspire people to produce consistent, outstanding results.

This session teaches skills for collaboration, resolving issues, removing barriers to working together, and building a cohesive and highly effective leadership group.
