The Eight Learning Modules for
Holding to Account Discussion Sessions
Your facilitators are equipped with eight instructionally designed modules for building a common language and skills for accountability, collaboration, and aligned action. These modules are:
Learning Module #1: Making a Commitment
Focus: To align the group on their commitment to your vision and to begin
building a common language for mastering skills for accountability and collaboration.
Learning Module #2: Personal Accountability
Focus: To understand the difference between 50/50 accountability and 100%
accountability. To learn skills for being an “owner” in achieving
the organization’s mission.
Learning Module #3 Committed Partnerships
Focus: To define committed partnerships and the skills required for building,
sustaining, and repairing partnerships. To build exceptional collaboration.
Learning Module #4: The Positive Intention Behind Holding to Account
Focus: To master skills for coaching, listening without judgment, and demonstrating
a commitment to the success of others.
