Executive Message

Outside consulting groups that deliver programs and workshops to your people typically require an army of consultants and a great deal of your time and money. Why not build your own “army of certified facilitators” who are loyal to your cause, want to make a difference, and are committed to your vision? The Malandro organization partners with you to certify your people to lead Holding to Account sessions that are cost-effective, develop advocates at all levels, and provide your people with the skills needed to move from good to great. Your vision, commitment, and expectations are integrated throughout the program so people feel included and connected to you on a personal level.

The Holding to Account Program Teaches Skills for Collaboration and Accountability required to achieve the company’s vision.

The Holding to Account program is the result of years of accumulated knowledge and experience in the highly successful leadership communication work delivered by Malandro Communication since 1980. Accountability and collaboration have proved to be the critical elements in developing long-term skills and producing sustainable change.

Giving people the skills for building and sustaining “committed partnerships”, acting as “owners”, operating with “100% accountability” for their impact on results and others, and holding themselves and others to account for the best in performance, are but a few of the important messages of this learning program. The objective is to connect employees with you and provide the framework for unprecedented business results.

Connecting Employees with The Leader

People need to feel included, valued, and an important part of the leader’s extended team. When people relate to the leader and feel personally connected performance skyrockets. When people feel as if they are a personal member of the leader’s team, they give their discretionary effort.

With the increasing demands on leaders, there is little time left for the important task of connecting with people on a personal level. As a result, this task is left to large conferences or meetings where the leader speaks to the masses, or to other leaders who “carry” the executive’s message, or to printed materials, or informal meetings with the executive. The bottom line is that in companies of any size, there is not enough of the “executive” to create meaningful contact with people.
