Holding to Account Certification Program

The Facilitator Certification program is a hands-on learning and practice session where participants learn new skills and master delivering interactive learning modules. Malandro provides coaching and skills for maximizing classroom results. The certification program is sponsored by a single company and is attended by employees from their organization only.

Easy-to-Facilitate Sessions

Our comprehensive video-supported instructional materials are designed for individuals both with and without experience in teaching and facilitating. We purposely designed the facilitator materials for ease-of-use to allow you to select candidates from different levels in your organization who have varying backgrounds and experience. This sends a strong organizational message about inclusion, developing leaders at all levels, and commitment to diversity.

Selecting and Certifying Facilitators

We recommend selecting individuals who are committed, aligned, and passionate about your vision. Two essential steps are required to certify your facilitator candidates:

Step 1: Your candidates participate in a selected Malandro prerequisite session. This provides them with the personal experience and breakthroughs needed for success in the certification program.

Step 2: Candidates attend the Holding to Account Facilitator Certification Program and are certified by the end of the session.
