Each participant receives pre-session coaching with one of Malandro’s consultants, and the entire team participates in a 3.5 day session (4.5 days for larger teams), focusing on real issues and real-world implementation.
The program illustrates, to all participants, the impact of their behavior, the underlying behavioral barriers to change, and the remarkable personal value of accountability. Importantly, it does this, not just through explanation and instruction, but through doing. You and your team will break down real barriers to teamwork and trust, and will experience the real benefits of taking accountability for business results and team cohesion. And because these behaviors lead to many personal benefits, they’ll stick – even in challenging and stressful situations.
